Spring Break

This week has been spring break for the girls. It has been a nice break for all of us. On Monday Denise and I took the kids up to Discovery Gateway (a children's museum). They had a blast playing with everything. They played for a few hours and then we went to lunch at Applebee's. We were seated in the booth next to "Zeke" from High School Musical. The girls had a hard time sitting down and turning around. They were able to talk to him and even got their picture with him. I think it has been the highlight of their week. They have shown their picture to everyone who stops by. After lunch the kids ran through the fountain at the Gateway. It was a fun day! They spent Tuesday and Wednesday playing with cousins. On Thursday they had fun at Grandma Nise's house and the park. By Friday they were ready to just hung around the house. This week has been a fun break from our daily routine.

A Quick Update

I have loved keeping track of friends and family on blogspot. I decided why not have our own blog so that people can keep track of our family and what we have been up to. I hope this blog will help me stay in touch with everyone no matter where you are living right now. A quick update on all of us to start it off.
Steven is still in banking and enjoying it. He is thrilled that baseball season has started and he can watch his Red Sox play.
I am enjoying feeling well and getting out here and there to somewhere other than the hospital or a doctors office. I am getting used to doing all of the mom responsibilities again now the post surgery recovery is over.
Harmony has almost finished kindergarten and is loving it. She helps me out all of the time and does a great job "babysitting" Boston. She loves to sing and dance. Harmony and Brynn love anything to do with High School Musical and Hananah Montana. They keep us entertained with all of their performances. Brynn is almost done with a year at preschool and has enjoyed it. Brynn loves to tease. Brynn is a monkey and can be found constantly climbing on the counters and furniture. Boston lights up the day with his smile. He loves to be outside and playing. He loves anything to do with balls and that includes the song "I Don't Dance" from High School Musical 2. He has quite the personality and keeps us on our toes. We have been blessed with three wonderful children.
